Received a faulty or incorrect item?

Every order goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.
However, if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

Please email us at support@karolbaghwala.in or call us at +91 8750776262 within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear images and a short video of the product

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at the earliest.


Changed your mind?

We get it. Sometimes things don’t feel right.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, email us at support@karolbaghwala.in with your order details and reason.

Please ensure:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipment tracking details are shared with us

Note:
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Ordered the wrong model?

We request you to carefully check your device/model before placing an order.

As most of our products are model-specific, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered items.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging

  4. Ship via a reliable, trackable courier

  5. Share the tracking details with us


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product,
your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
