RECEIVED A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?

Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit at no additional cost.


RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, email us with your order details and reason.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • Product must be free from damage, stains, scratches, or signs of use

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer (unless item is damaged/defective/incorrect)
  • Customer is responsible for arranging return shipment
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • Karol Bagh Wala is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit


ORDERED THE WRONG MODEL?

Many of our products are device-specific or model-specific. Please ensure compatibility before placing your order.

We may not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect model, variant, size, or specification chosen by the customer.


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Email support@karolbaghwala.in with your order number
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Pack the product securely in original packaging
  4. Ship via a reliable courier service
  5. Share tracking details with our team


INSPECTION OF RETURNS

All returned products are subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to reject a return if:

  • Product shows signs of use or damage
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • Return request is outside the 7-day window
  • Product does not meet eligibility conditions

Rejected returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.


STORE CREDITS

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

All approved returns are processed as Store Credit equal to the product value.

Store Credit Terms:

  • Non-transferable and non-cashable
  • Issued to registered email ID
  • Valid for 12 months (1 year) from date of issuance
  • Cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded after expiry
  • Can only be used on karolbaghwala.in
  • If order value exceeds credit, balance must be paid by customer


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is available, we may process an exchange.

If not available, Store Credit will be issued instead.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products are marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” on the product page.

These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

Includes:

  • Products marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

By purchasing such products, the customer agrees to these conditions.

However, in case of genuine defect, damage in transit, or wrong item delivered, the customer remains eligible for replacement or store credit after verification.


PROCESSING TIME

  • Return inspection: 1–3 business days
  • Store credit issuance: 1–3 business days after approval
  • Replacement dispatch: subject to availability
