At Karol Bagh Wala, every order is processed quickly to ensure same-day or next-day dispatch and a seamless delivery experience.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No. Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.

All orders placed with Karol Bagh Wala are NON-CANCELLABLE, irrespective of whether the order has been processed, packed, shipped, or is awaiting dispatch.

Customers are requested to carefully check the product, model, variant, colour, quantity, delivery address, and other order details before completing their purchase.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Order modifications are not guaranteed.

If operationally possible and the order has not entered processing, our team may assist with a modification at its sole discretion. This does not constitute a right to cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All confirmed orders are non-cancellable.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled before or after dispatch.

  • Refusing delivery or being unavailable to receive an order does not constitute a cancellation.

  • Any advance payment or Partial COD amount paid at the time of placing an order is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

  • Karol Bagh Wala reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as stock unavailability, pricing/technical errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil the order. Where legally required, any amount collected for such a cancelled order will be handled accordingly.

AFTER DELIVERY

Where applicable, customers may request a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with our separate Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy.

Eligibility for a return or exchange does not make an order cancellable before delivery.

IMPORTANT

By placing an order on Karol Bagh Wala, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the order is final and non-cancellable once confirmed, subject to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
